Mzansi ward councillor Tebogo Sepale fucking another man. A video making rounds on social media showing a man alleged to be Tebogo Sepale, a ward 25 councillor in the city of Matlosana municipality, in Kanana township fucking another man in the bedroom, has left many tweeps in shock.

One of the popular Twitter users, @AdvoBarryRoux took to the platform, exposing the ‘councillor’ for having a tendency of using both men and women who go to look for employment when there are projects, where he requests sexual favours before employing them.

The user posted pictures of the alleged councillor and wrote the story behind his dirty games. He said:
